This Privacy Policy explains how Ministry Of Good Vibes LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use Flying Squirrel Club, our budgeting application available on the web and on Android (“the Service”).

1. Who we are

Ministry Of Good Vibes LLC is a Wyoming Limited Liability Company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA. We are the data controller for information collected through the Service. You can reach us at hello@flyingsquirrel.club.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: email address and authentication data needed to sign in.
• Household/family data: membership in a shared budgeting family, and the names you assign to it.
• Financial data you enter: accounts, transactions, budgets, payees, categories, and any notes you add. This data is provided by you to operate the Service — we do not connect to bank accounts on your behalf.
• Receipt photos and extracted data: if you scan a receipt, we store the photo and the merchant, amount, date, and line-item text our recognition system extracts from it.
• Device and diagnostic data: crash reports, performance data, and basic usage events (e.g. which screens are opened) used to keep the Service reliable.

3. How we use this data

We use your data to provide and operate the Service: to display your budgets and transactions, sync data between your devices, recognize receipts, calculate exchange rates, and diagnose and fix bugs. We do not use your financial data to serve advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.

4. Third parties we work with

We use the following service providers to operate the Service. Each processes data only on our behalf, to the extent needed for their function:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and storage for receipt photos.
• PowerSync — synchronizes data between the mobile app and our database.
• Vercel — hosts the web application.
• PostHog — product analytics (aggregate feature usage; we do not enable automatic capture of page content).
• Sentry — crash and error monitoring.
• OpenRouter and the underlying AI model providers it routes to, plus Langfuse for call tracing — used to recognize and extract data from receipt photos you choose to scan.
• Google Maps / Places — address autocomplete and receipt location lookup.
• logo.dev / Brandfetch — bank logo lookup for display purposes.
• Frankfurter — public foreign-exchange rate data (no personal data involved).
• Apple and Google — app distribution and payment processing, once an application is published to their stores.

5. Data retention and deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@flyingsquirrel.club. We will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR). If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion — we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. 7. International data transfers

Our service providers store and process data in the United States and the European Union. By using the Service, you consent to your data being processed in these locations.

8. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

9. Cookies and local storage

We use local/session storage to keep you signed in and to store a local copy of your data on your device for offline use. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, and product analytics on this Service does not automatically capture page content.

10. Security

We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security on our database — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do.
