Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Flying Squirrel Club (“the Service”), provided by Ministry Of Good Vibes LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service provider

The Service is operated by Ministry Of Good Vibes LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information to create an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access another user’s data without authorization, interfering with the Service’s operation, or using it for unlawful purposes.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the financial data, receipt photos, and other content you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you (for example, to sync it across your devices and to extract data from receipt photos you scan).

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Where subscriptions or one-time purchases are offered, they are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to those platforms’ own terms and refund policies. As of this writing, no application has been published to either store; this section applies once a paid offering goes live.

6. Not financial advice

The Service is a budgeting and record-keeping tool. Figures you enter manually, and figures our receipt-recognition system extracts from photos, may contain errors. The Service does not provide financial, tax, or investment advice, and you are responsible for verifying any figures before relying on them.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ministry Of Good Vibes LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do.
